She wronged me

There was a time, I used to think like ‘Girls are not good with technology’, apparently I don’t think so now. Possibly the reason behind such weird thinking was that I had never interacted with such Girls who are better evolved than us when it comes to technology. Thanks to God who helped me to learn such a great lesson and made me respect women more. So below I am gonna mention those amazing Girls who influenced me with their knowledge and understanding in terms of technology —

 

1. Ayushi Ranjan

         I get to interact with Ayushi for the first time almost a month back when I was on my Home trip. The story begins from my college days when we used to have a college/student magazine named as Beacon, it was initiated by us and managed totally by students. It was a great project for us and a great platform to showcase the awesomeness of talented students in college. Fortunately, I was the first Designer of this magazine and published/composed five editions of Beacon. Later we were a bit worried that who will take it forward after us, a major concern was about Designing as it is a hardcore technical job, rest other things could be managed. Luckily it was somehow maintained and well-taken care by our enthusiastic juniors.

         Ayushi is one of them, She is the Lead Designer of it and worked on 1-2 editions of the magazine. Along this there was a TEDxRCET event recently conducted by our college and This girl efficiently contributed as Creative Head of the event and totally nailed it with her creativity. I was amazed and loved the designs she came up with.

         Because of this whole chain of events and her performance, I realized that a designer needs not be technically sound only, a designer needs to be little emotional also and creative so the design or creatives must have that heart touching impact.

         Her pieces of work on digital canvas were really convincing and conveying the message affirmatively. During interaction with Ayushi, I came to know that she has some good experience with game development as well and she has worked on PyGame for game design.

My best wishes are with Ayushi for a great career path ahead and I would love to work with her if the destiny makes it possible.

 

2. Chandani Nayak

         I love this person, she is simply amazing in everything that she does. She holds a Masters degree in Digital Electronics and wears a hat of the university topper, Apparently a great learner. I met Chandani almost one year back and life totally changed since then it, I can say she is naturally selected.

         Chandani’s main domain is Digital Marketing, and she bags two Google certifications. She understands the value of Digital Marketing and technology working behind it. despite behind an Electronics Graduate, she has a great understanding of Computer Science and now she has an excellent understanding of Marketing as well.

         One of the best skill of Chandani is that she is a great learner. there was a time when she was bit confused between Big Data and Digital Marketing to pursue her career, even in a state of the dilemma she kept learning both the things.

         In most of the cases, Girls after getting married finds it difficult to learn something totally new for her career but she just nailed it and become better day by day. My best wishes are always there with her, and I would love to work with you on some projects in the future. I know she will be a key resource for my future plans.

 

3. Hurmath Unnisa

         For a good Software Engineer, it is important to have the stubbornness to learn and curiosity for new things that can solve problems in a better way than they have been doing. Hurmath is exactly that kind of Engineer.

         I used to believe that girls I know are rarely concerned about the things we had been doing. Well, I had enough evidence and unpleasant experiences to support this theory. But when I started working with Hurmath and started understanding her way of dealing with problems, I started believing she deserves the place in my exception bracket.

         Hurmath and I have worked together on many projects during my tenure in softway. She has impressive skills in web application development, She is an expert in PHP based CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc. I used to be her server guy in softway. It was kind of fun working with her. She is dedicated enough to her work and strictly follows her commitments, which is impressive indeed in itself.

         I have seen her grow from a typical developer to a dreamer. She has some great ideas to work on and still after 2 years of departing softway, I love to discuss technical challenges related to CMS with Hurmath, as I also work a lot with WordPress. I am kind of paranoid about web security and try my best to secure applications in all possible ways. Before blogging I was a bit confused to conclude the best suitable CMS platform, apparently, I needed an expert opinion with supporting facts and artifacts. Hurmath was first to help me out with this and last also as I don’t feel I need anybody else after her. She helped to select and secure both.

         I wish Hurmath to grow in all good dimensions and we always keep in touch and keep on working on many more interesting projects.

 

4. Sharanjit Kaur

        There are very few Techies who can see the Technology the way it is, Very few understand What it can do and what we can make it to do, apparently Sharanjit is one of those!

       I was fortunate enough to work with Sharanjit Kaur when I started working in Moonfrog Labs as a DevOps Engineer. Since the very first day, I saw her touching some very critical pieces of Infrastructure and ensuring the stability from the Application end. I observed the way she had been working on various things and at the same time guiding people in a very very effective way.

       I get many opportunities to work with her on some very interesting and critical projects of my career, the Projects which are the badge of honor for me, and every time she participated in those projects she ensured the successful completion with her full dedication and stubbornness to solve the problems. It was always a delightful experience for me to work with her, I am not sure if I could have finished those critical projects without her because her brain still continues to function when the others start feeling clueless, which is an amazing feature of her in my opinion.

       Sharanjit is currently contributing as a Senior Software Engineer and contributing to the Product, Business & Engineering at her best, I wish her all the Best and continue to rock the Game Development World.
